In the ḥādith of Aʾbi Ḥāmza, from Aʾbi Jʾafar, from the Prophet that he said:
التاركون ولاية علي عليه السلام المنكرون لفضله المظاهرون أعداءه خارجون عن الإسلام من مات منهم على ذلك
“The ones that left (forsook) the wilāyah of Ali, who deny his virtues and cooperate with his enemies have exited Islam, who died from them on that.

Imam Jafar Sadiq (as) said:
'One who doubts the kufr of our enemies and oppressors, is an apostate himself.'

وَعَنْ أبِي عَلِيٍّ الْخُرَاسَانِيِّ، عَنْ مَوْلًى لِعَلِيِّ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ عَليْهِمَا السَّلَامُ قَالَ: كُنْتُ مَعَ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الحُسَيْنِ عَليْهِمَا السَّلَامُ فِي بَعْضِ خَلوَاتِهِ، فَقُلتُ: إنَّ لِي عَليْك حَقًا، ألَا تُخْبِرْنِي عَنْ هَذَيْنِ الرَّجُليْن، أبِي بَكْرٍ وَعُمَرَ ؟ فَقَالَ: كَافِرَانِ، كَافِرٌ مَنْ أحَبَّهُمَا
Narrated Abʾi Ali ʿal-Ḵḫurāsani, from a māwla of Ali bin ʿal-Ḥusāyn he said:
I was with Ali bin ʿal-Ḥusāyn (as) in one of his states of being alone, so I told him: Can’t you tell me about these two men, Abʾi Bākr and Omar? He said: Kuffār, whoever loved them is a kāfir.
